Hooment Private Venue Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Fees
   1. Booking must be made 2 weeks. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be modified or canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
   2. If the selected time is not available or is not within two weeks, a refund will be arranged for the order.
   3. Minimum consumption: 3 hours.
   4. Optional add-on services: Dog cake $420 | Homemade air-dried treats $350.
2. Venue and Facilities
   1. Provides an indoor activity space and an outdoor parking area.
   2. Pet-friendly facilities: The venue offers pet water bowls and pee pads. Dedicated pet toilets are available in the party area for owners to arrange usage. Owners must properly collect and dispose of pet waste if it occurs outside the designated toilets.
   3. Venue decoration: Guests may decorate the space themselves but must confirm decoration needs with the venue in advance.
   4. Additional equipment: Claw machine $450 (100 tokens).
   5. For pets over 25 kg, the maximum limit is 12 pets.
3. Catering Services
   1. Party food and drink menus must be confirmed with us in advance.
   2. For customized cakes or catering, please communicate with us ahead of time.
4. Participant Responsibilities
   1. Pets may roam freely indoors, but owners must supervise their pets, monitor their behavior, and ensure they do not inconvenience other users.
   2. If a pet is unwell or has wounds, owners should assess the situation or follow veterinary advice to determine suitability for outings. If a pet has a contagious disease, owners must follow veterinary instructions to keep it in a suitable resting environment and avoid contact with other animals. Staff assistance can be sought if needed.
   3. To maintain cleanliness, cleaning supplies are provided for owners to clean up after their pets and keep the environment tidy.
   4. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please refrain from using foul language or being noisy, and treat our staff and other guests courteously.
   5. Participation is voluntary. All participants must read and comply with these terms and conditions before joining. Participation implies acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms.
   6. Participants should assess activity risks, ensuring their pets are mentally, appetitively, and physically well on the event day, and supervise them during the event. Hooment is not responsible for any pet discomfort following the event.
   7. All participant activity records (including but not limited to photos and videos) will be retained by Hooment for future promotional use.
   8. In case of disputes, Furmomo and Hooment reserve the right to the final decision.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   1. Once confirmed, events cannot be canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
   2. Absence is considered a forfeiture of the slot, and fees are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refunded, non-redeemable for cash, or resalable.
   3. Changes to event dates or details must be notified 2 weeks in advance.
   4. If an event is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., adverse weather: Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning), the paid fees will be fully refunded after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.
   5. Hooment reserves the right to postpone events due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., disease prevention and control regulations, adverse weather), or refund all fees paid by participants after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.
   6. All participant activity records (including but not limited to photos and videos) will be retained and owned by Hooment. Participation implies consent and acceptance of this arrangement by participants and their companions.
   7. In case of disputes, Furmomo and Hooment reserve the right to the final decision.
