Hooment Catering Service Terms and Conditions

1. Catering Service Overview

    

   1. Hooment Cafe provides delivery services covering Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, and Tuen Mun. Customers outside the service area are welcome to pick up orders.

       

   2. After purchasing services through Furmomo, customers must separately confirm the menu and delivery date with Hooment.

       

   3. Additional add-on services will be charged via FPS (Faster Payment System), bank transfer, or online payment to cover the price difference.

2. Hooment Catering Service Terms and Conditions

    

   1. Confirmed orders cannot be canceled.

       

   2. Abandoned orders are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refunded, non-redeemable for cash, or resalable.

       

   3. Changes to order dates or details must be notified one week in advance.

   4. If an order is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., adverse weather: Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning), the paid fees will be fully refunded after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.

       

   5. Hooment reserves the right to postpone orders due to uncontrollable circumstances or refund all fees paid by participants after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.

       

   6. In case of disputes, Furmomo and Hooment reserve the right to make the final decision.
