Hooment Self-Service Bathing Station Terms and Conditions

1. The Hooment Self-Service Bathing Station requires booking, which can be made via phone: 2701 1777 / WhatsApp: 9889 7793.
2. Orders are valid within 1 month of purchase and will expire if unused.
3. The fee is $200 / 1 hour, with a maximum booking limit of 3 hours per customer.
4. Each booking session is limited to one pet to ensure the owner can focus on pet care and avoid confusion from multiple users.
5. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, with no refund of fees.
6. Overtime will be charged at $100 per half hour.
7. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be notified 1 day in advance; otherwise, fees may be charged.
8. Renters must ensure safety and manage their pets. Hooment is not responsible for any accidents during the self-service bathing process.
9. The self-service bathing area is only for personal pets. Any use for commercial purposes will result in service termination with no refund.
10. Pets with flea or tick infestations are not permitted.
11. Furmomo and Hooment reserve the right to the final decision on these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Abandoned orders are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refunded, non-redeemable for cash, or resalable.
2. Changes to order dates or details must be notified one day in advance.
3. If an order is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., adverse weather: Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning), the paid fees will be
4. fully refunded after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.
5. Hooment reserves the right to postpone orders due to uncontrollable circumstances or refund all fees paid by participants after deducting administrative fees as per procedure.
6. In case of disputes, Furmomo and Hooment reserve the right to make the final decision.
