After receiving the successful payment confirmation email from Furmomo, the hotel will call the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to confirm the appointment time and location. Customers can also call the hotel for details one working day after the order confirmation (Phone: 5998 1766).

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Hotel Operating Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The in-store air conditioning system and room surveillance cameras operate 24 hours a day.
  2. Check-in and Check-out Times: To accommodate room preparation and cleaning/disinfection, check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. If guests cannot check-in or check-out during these times, the hotel may make flexible arrangements based on room availability for the day. Please inquire early if needed; additional service fees may apply depending on the situation.
  3. Pet Boarding License: The hotel holds a pet boarding license from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. According to department regulations, cats must have a valid 3-in-1 vaccination card and have been treated for flea prevention within the month prior to check-in.
  4. Booking Changes: After booking, guests can change their check-in date once for free up to 14 days before the original check-in date.
  5. Health Requirements: The hotel does not recommend boarding cats that have recently undergone surgery or suffer from infectious diseases, neurological disorders, or heart conditions.
  6. Flea and Skin Conditions: If fleas or infectious skin conditions are detected during check-in, the hotel will not provide boarding services and will not offer refunds. Please be aware of this policy.
  7. Medication and Grooming Services: If a cat requires medication, eye drops, or nail trimming, hotel staff will decide based on the cat's condition. If the cat resists too much, staff may not provide these services to avoid stressing the cat.
  8. Dietary Needs: Since cats have sensitive digestive systems, owners must provide sufficient food at check-in. During business hours, hotel staff will accommodate the cat's usual dietary habits (the hotel provides refrigeration/freezer space for raw food).
  9. Health Issues During Stay: If a cat shows any discomfort during its stay, the hotel will notify the customer or their emergency contact as soon as possible and arrange for veterinary care if necessary. In any case, if staff cannot notify the customer or emergency contact, the hotel is not liable for any legal responsibility or financial compensation. If hotel staff need to accompany the cat to a vet during business hours, the service fee is HKD 300 (excluding transportation, doctor's fees, and other miscellaneous costs).
  10. Liability for Cats During Stay: Customers are responsible for all risks associated with their cat during the stay. If any non-human error results in injury or death, the hotel is not liable for any legal responsibility or financial compensation.
  11. Terms and Conditions: The hotel reserves the right to establish new terms, modify, or delete any terms and conditions without prior notice. The hotel retains the final decision-making authority in case of any disputes regarding these terms and conditions.
