After the customer receives the successful payment confirmation email sent by Furmomo, our Customer Experience Team will call the customer within 1-2 days to schedule the time for the check-up. After payment made, the customer can also call or WhatsApp 6499 0999 to make a reservation one day later.
1. Medications, treatments, further tests, vaccines, or any follow-up procedures recommended as a result of the health screening are not covered.
2. Valid for one pet only.
3. The selection of medical staff is at the discretion of our hospital.
4. If a urine test is included, you can inquire with the staff at the time of booking. They can pre-arrange for you to pick up a urine container at the clinic, so you can prepare by collecting a urine sample on the day of the test for analysis.
5. In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
