After receiving the successful payment confirmation email from Furmomo, the hotel will call the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to confirm the appointment time and location. Customers can also call the hotel for details one working day after the order confirmation (Tel: 6528 0632).

Please detox your cat for fleas within 15 days before check-in.

Please bring the following items with you when checking in:
1. Original copy of valid 3-in-1 vaccination card (required by government regulations)
2. Lucky Cat will provide dry food, and customer can also bring their own cat food.
3. Cats are familiar with mattress, toys, items, etc.

Check-in Instructions

1. The room charges in our hotel is calculated every 24 hours. If the reservation is overdue for 2 hours, the room rate will be calculated as a half-day rate. Overtime of 6 hours will be calculated as one day's rate.
2. The prices in our store are for reference only. The actual price is subject to the price determined by Lucky Cat Hotel.
3. The reservation of a room will be deemed successful only after we have received the full payment and confirmation.
4. If the customer needs to cancel the reservation or make any changes after making the reservation, please notify us within 7 days after confirming the reservation or 15 days before check-in (whichever is earlier), otherwise the fee  will not be refunded.
5. Lucky Cat Hotel reserves the final rights for all booking arrangements.
6. Lucky Cat Hotelonly accepts cats in good health.
7. Lucky Cat Hotel does not provide services such as medication and injections.
8. If additional services are required, such as eye drops, hair combing, ear cleaning, nail clipping, etc., customers must request this upon check-in.
   The store will decide whether to provide services based on the cat's condition.
9. If customers need to visit or hotel, please must make an appointment at least one day in advance.
10. Lucky Cat Hotel will provide cat food and water, customers are advised to prepare  food for cats.
11. Customers must truthfully fill in the check-in application form and declare the cat's health status and reason for check-in before reversation. Customers cannot hide cat's condition, our store will not provide care services to any cats with long-term illnesses, and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
12. The staff will conduct a simple checking of the cat before check-in. If the staff finds fleas, ringworm or any infectious disease, Lucky Cat Hotel will not provide any service and will arrange check-out immediately. The booking deposit will not be refunded. If any other cat is infected, our store will pursue legal liability and monetary compensation.
13. Customers need to provide a valid cat full-vaccination card.
14. The customer must complete the anti-flea treatment for the cat within 7-30 days before the cat check-in and provide proof to Lucky Cat Hotel.
15. If the cat feels unwell during the stay, Lucky Cat Hotel will notify customer or the backup contact person as soon as possible.
    Please make arrangements to bring your cat for medical treatment during our store's business hours. Or appoint our staff to go to the veterinary clinic on your behalf. The fee is HK$300/Each time.
16. Any medical, consultation and transportation expenses, or all expenses incurred due to the physical condition of the cat, must be paid by the customer. As written, if the company fails to notify the customer or backup contact person, resulting in any negative situation for the cat, the company will not be held liable for any legal consequences, liability and monetary compensation.
17. If the cat unfortunately passes away during the stay, the hotel will try its best to contact the customer or backup contact person. If the relevant contact person cannot be contacted, our store will handle the hospice service on our behalf first, and customers must be responsible for paying all related fees.
18. During the stay of the cat, all risks are carried by the customer. If the cat has any injuries other than those caused intentionally by humans, In the event of loss, pregnancy, illness, or even death, Lcuky Cat Hotel will not assume any legal liability or monetary compensation.
19. When the customer or his authorized person picks up the cat, please check the condition of the cat. Lucky Cat Hotel will not bear any legal responsibility or money afterwards.

20. Lucky Cat Hotel strictly prohibits abandoning cats. If the check-out time has exceeded 10 days and the hotel has not received any instructions for room renewal or pick-up, it will be deemed as giving up the cat. The store reserves the right to pursue legal liability for abandoned pets and to pay monetary compensation over time.
21. Lucky Cat Hotel has the opportunity to upload the cats that have checked in to social media, such as Instagram and facebook. If you don't want the cats to be listed, please inform Lucky Cat Hotel before check-in.
