Enjoy free shipping on all orders after discount totaling $350 or more, excluding additional charges such as stair fees and gate entrance fees.

If the order amount is below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
Orders will typically be dispatched within 4-5 working days after order confirmation (excluding the order date) and holidays.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 00:00.
Please ensure there is someone available at the shipping address to receive the parcel, or arrange for it to be left with the management office.
Due to the large volume of orders, we are unable to provide specific time slot delivery services.
In case of public holidays, peak seasons, high order volumes, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), the shipping time may be delayed, and customers will be notified separately.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt only for items with quality issues.

We recommend taking clear, complete photos of the item(s) for verification. Please contact our Customer Service Department via Whatsapp at +852 6070 5683 to arrange a return or exchange.
Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any pet beds, pet cages, or any opened snacks and nutritional supplements.
The return and exchange process may take approximately 2-3 days. We appreciate your patience.
Products generally have a shelf life of 6 months or more. We will contact the customer in special circumstances.
