Our hospital is equipped to conduct various examinations such as X-ray, ultrasound, blood tests, endoscopy, and microscopy. Working Hour: 9:30-19:00

After the successful payment, client will receive a confirmation email from Furmomo and client will be contacted by Bonding Pet And Exotic Animal Hospital within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Customers may also call Bonding Pet And Exotic Animal Hospital to make an appointment within one working day after the order confirmation (Phone: 2286 0809)

 

Validity Period:

The validity period of this plan is six months. Customers must undergo the relevant service within six months from the date of payment confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the plan becoming void.

 

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Customers must present the order confirmation email on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
  2. Once the order is confirmed, the selected items cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given.
  3. Customers cannot specify the veterinarian when using the plan's services.
  4. Please withhold food from your pet for 8 hours and water for 2 hours before the visit.
  5. If the veterinarian determines that the pet is not suitable for surgery after examination, the amount of this plan will be credited to Bonding Pet And Exotic Animal Hospital for future consultation fees, and no refund will be arranged.
  6. In the event of the animal's death due to surgical complications, a full refund will be arranged.
  7. In case of any dispute, Furmomo and Bonding Pet And Exotic Animal Hospital reserve the final decision-making authority.
