At Furry Care, we believe that early detection can save lives. Our Express Pet Health Check/Physical Examination service can help pet owners identify potential health issues before symptoms appear, giving our furry friends a greater chance to stay healthy and happy.

Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:
After a successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email and client will be contacted by Furrycare Lab Centre within 1 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Client can also call Furrycare Lab Centre (Phone: 9528 6317) one business day after order confirmation to make an appointment. 

Validity:
The health check package is valid for 6 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

1. Customers must present a valid identification document and the order confirmation letter on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
2. Once the order is confirmed, the purchased examination items cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given. If the customer decides not to proceed with some of the items included in the plan, partial refunds will not be arranged.
3. The plan only includes blood drawing and blood test report. If the test results indicate that the pet requires additional veterinary diagnosis or further examination, the center will refer the pet to another veterinary clinic for follow-up.
4. The clinic manager has the right to decide on the arrangement of the medical staff responsible for this health check-up service.
5. In case of any dispute, Furmomo and Hong Kong Pet Patrol reserve the final decision.
