Hong Kong Pet Patrol (HKPP) was established in 2019, offering veterinary services that include both Western and traditional Chinese therapies (such as acupuncture and herbal medicine), second opinions, and mobile home visits. The newly established clinic in Chai Wan/Ap Lei Chau provides convenient access for pets with mobility issues and offers an online pharmacy for direct delivery of medications. The professional team is committed to providing high-quality care for pets and their owners, and also strives to improve animal welfare by offering medical services to various animal shelters.

Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:
After a successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email and client will be contacted by Hong Kong Pet Patrol within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Client can also call Hong Kong Pet Patrol (Phone: 2393 3381/WhatsApp: 9796 8990) one business day after order confirmation to make an appointment.

Validity:
The health check package is valid for 6 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

1. Customers must present a valid identification document and the order confirmation letter on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
2. Once the order is confirmed, the purchased examination items cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given. If the customer decides not to proceed with some of the items included in the plan, partial refunds will not be arranged.
3. After the examination, if the doctor recommends the use or administration of additional medications, treatments, in-depth examinations, vaccines, or any follow-up actions, these services are not included in this plan.
4. After purchasing the vaccination plan, if the veterinarian determines that the pet's health condition is not suitable for vaccination, the plan price will be considered as the consultation fee for that day and no refund will be arranged.
5. The clinic manager has the right to decide on the arrangement of the medical staff responsible for this health check-up service.
6. In case of any dispute, Furmomo and Hong Kong Pet Patrol reserve the final decision.
