After the customer receives the payment confirmation email from Furmomo, Kowloon Veterinary Hospital will contact the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to schedule a health check appointment. Customers may also call us to book an appointment 1 working day after order confirmation (Phone: 2382 3300 / 2382 3388 / 2382 3393).

Validity Period:

Customers must utilize the purchased plan within six months from the date of the confirmation email, otherwise, it will be void.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This purchase plan is applicable to both new and existing customers.
2. This promotional price does not include any injections, medications, or examinations not listed.
3. For spay/neuter surgery, pets must fast for at least 10 hours and refrain from drinking water for 3 hours prior to the procedure.
4. This plan operates on an appointment basis, and bookings must be made in advance by phone.
5. Customers cannot request a specific veterinarian when using the plan’s services.
6. All examination items included in the plan cannot be substituted.
7. This plan cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
8. The plan cannot be transferred to anyone other than the registered account holder, and the purchaser’s name as provided will be used.
9. Please ensure your pet is in good health before participating in the plan. If your pet has any known medical conditions, please consult a veterinarian or staff member beforehand.
10. Kowloon Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any disputes, Kowloon Veterinary Hospital retains the final decision.
