Dr. Anne graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2013 with BVMedSci, BVMBVS, and MRCVS. She worked in a private clinic for a few years In 2021, she joined Pet Space, focusing on internal medicine and case continuity. That same year, she earned her CertAVP in small animal medicine from the University of Liverpool, believing in strong vet-client-patient bonds for optimal patient care.

Terms and Conditions: 

After successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. Clients can also call Pak Shek Kok Veterinary Clinic to make an appointment 1 business day after the order confirmation (Phone: 2368 9366).  Pak Shek Kok Veterinary Clinic will confirm the appointment within 3 days.  

Validity
 The health check package is valid for 3 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

Remarks:
1. Clients must present identification and the order confirmation email on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.

2. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the requested examination items or refunds issued.

3. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis; early booking is recommended to secure limited-time offers for services.

4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

5. The "Cat Health Care Plan" offer includes consultation fee, complete blood tests, biochemistry test and urinalysis. If the doctor recommends additional medications, treatments, further examinations, vaccines, or any follow-up matters after the check-up, these extra services are not included in this offer.

6. This offer is not reusable and is limited to one cat only.

7. The clinic manager has the right to decide on the arrangement of the medical staff responsible for this health check service. In case of disputes, pet.ESDlife and Pak Shek Kok Veterinary Clinic reserve the final decision.

8. Furmomo and Pak Shek Kok Veterinary Clinic reserve the right of final interpretation.

9. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
