Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:
After a successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email and client will be contacted by Pawlistic Veterinary Medical Centre within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and location. Client can also call Pawlistic Veterinary Medical Centre (Phone: 2156 2086) one business day after order confirmation to make an appointment. 

Validity:
The health check package is valid for 6 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.

1. Customers must present a valid identification document and the order confirmation letter on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
2. Once the order is confirmed, the purchased examination items cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given. If the customer decides not to proceed with some of the items included in the plan, partial refunds will not be arranged.
3. After the examination, if the doctor recommends the use or administration of additional medications, treatments, in-depth examinations, vaccines, or any follow-up actions, these services are not included in this plan.
4. After purchasing the vaccination plan, if the veterinarian determines that the pet's health condition is not suitable for vaccination, the plan price will be considered as the consultation fee for that day and no refund will be arranged.
5. The clinic manager has the right to decide on the arrangement of the medical staff responsible for this health check-up service.
6. In case of any dispute, Furmomo and Pawlistic Veterinary Medical Centre reserve the final decision.
