Introduction

The CityU Veterinary Medical Centre (CityU VMC) opened in April 2019 and is one of the largest medical centres in Hong Kong, as well as one that provides 24/7 round-the-clock veterinary services. The centre's veterinary team comes from around the world, including veterinarians, nurses, technicians, and support staff. Based on teamwork, they provide comprehensive and appropriate veterinary services tailored to the health needs of animals.

Terms & Conditions
Upon successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. CityU Veterinary Medical Centre will confirm the appointment within 3 working days. Customers may call the centre one working day after order confirmation to schedule the service (Telephone: 3650 3000).

Validity Period
All plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will expire thereafter.

Remarks
Customers must present identification documents and the order confirmation letter on the day of the appointment to verify identity. Once the order is confirmed, changes to the selected examination items or refunds are not permitted.
In case of any dispute, Furmomo and CityU Veterinary Medical Centre reserve the final decision.
