Validity

The health check package will be valid from 2 weeks after the date of purchase to six months or it will be forfeited.

Remarks:

• New and existing customers are eligible for this health check promotion
• This promotional price does not include any additional injection medication or examination fees
• If a urine sample cannot be successfully obtained from the pet on the day of the examination, an immediate urine collection evaluated by a veterinarian can be performed at an additional cost.
• Otherwise, a urine sample can be submitted no later than the following day. The results will be explained over the phone by our staff
• For anxious animals, the doctor may recommend sedation. It is advised to fast the animal for 8 hours and restrict water intake for 2 hours before the appointment.
• The effective period of this promotion is from 12:00 to 19:00 daily
• This promotion operates on a reservation basis. Reservations must be made before check up.
• You cannot specify a veterinarian when using this promotion
• All examination items included in this promotion cannot be converted
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
• After purchasing this health check plan, it cannot be transferred to a user other than the account holder. All information will be based on the name provided by the purchaser
• This promotion is not applicable to pets with any medical conditions. It is essential to ensure that your pet is in good mental and physical health, with a normal appetite, normal bowel and urine condition before scheduling the examination.
• WeHUG reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice

Additional information:

• Owner must present ID card for registration
• Please leash all animals entering the clinic. Cats should be placed in a cat carrier or cage
• You can bring your furry friend's favourite toys or a towel, which can help reduce their stress during the examination
