1. Eligibility & Applicability

• Our package is specially designed for senior cats and dogs and is only applicable to pets without clinical symptoms or health concerns.

• If the pet already has health concerns, a separate consultation and appointment are required.

2. Service Scope & Additional Charges

• This package includes consultation and a basic physical examination.

• If additional medication or treatment is required, it will be charged separately based on individual cases.

3. Disputes & Rights

• In case of any disputes, Furmomo and Zodiac Pet & Exotic Hospital reserve the right of final interpretation and decision regarding this package.
