The House Studio

Service for Private Use Only:

• Private use includes, but is not limited to, parties, private photoshoots, workshops, and solemnization ceremonies.

The House Studio General Terms

• The minimum rental duration for each themed venue is 1.5 hours.
• The number of attendees is based on the total number of people entering the venue, including those who join later or leave early.
• An additional $100 per hour will be charged on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• We can arrange catering packages for you, or you may bring your own food, but please restore the venue to its original condition and clean all kitchen utensils before leaving.
• All venues allow up to two pets to be brought in for free; from the third pet onward, a fee of $100 per pet applies.

The House Studio Terms and Conditions

• Guests must pay the full venue rental fee, and the booking is confirmed only after the company verifies receipt of payment. Once confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, and priority for time slots will be given to guests who have paid.
• No make-up time will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
• To change the date or time of the venue rental, guests must notify us at least 10 days in advance and select an alternative date within three months. The new booking date must be confirmed within 30 days of the original booking date. If no suitable date is available, the paid fees will not be refunded. For changes requested within 10 days or on short notice, a rescheduling fee of $100 per hour will be charged.
• Guests must restore the venue to its original condition and clean it within the booked time, including cleaning used kitchen utensils and tableware. If any damage or mess occurs (e.g., spilled drinks, vomit, food residue), a $500 cleaning fee will be charged, or compensation for all damages will be required. If guests remain in the venue 10 minutes past the booked time, an overtime fee will be charged.
• The company is not liable for any compensation for accidents or injuries occurring during the rental period.
• By using the company’s venue, guests agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions.

Pet Venue Usage

• The venue is limited to bringing 2 pets or fewer. If more pets are required, prior notification is necessary.
• Please bring diapers and pee pads for pets to ensure the venue remains clean during the event. If pets urinate or defecate on sofas, carpets, or other areas, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
• Provide the pet’s name for simple registration before entering.
• To maintain venue cleanliness, please change into provided slippers upon entering the studio.

Booking Arrangements During Adverse Weather

• Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning
  • Bookings on the affected day can be rescheduled free of charge. Guests may cancel the venue rental for that day and reschedule within 30 days for another available date within three months.
  • If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during the venue usage, the company will charge the rental fee as usual.
  • If all typhoon signals or rainstorm warnings are lifted before the venue usage, guests must notify the company within 2 hours of the lifting whether they will proceed with the booking. Failure to notify within this time will be considered a cancellation of the day’s booking, and no refunds will be issued.

• Typhoon Signal No. 3 / Yellow Rainstorm / Red Rainstorm
  • To reschedule a booking on the affected day, a rescheduling fee of $100 per hour will be charged.
  • If rescheduling from a weekday to a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the price difference must be paid.
  • If rescheduling from a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday to a weekday, no refund for the price difference will be provided.
