Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:

After successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. Chāt Gauh Mòuh Studio will confirm the appointment within 24 hours.

• All photos are provided in JPG format only.
• Full payment is required for booking and confirmation of the above services, and it is non-refundable.
• Unless under special circumstances, the date and time cannot be changed arbitrarily.
• Changing the date incurs an additional fee of HKD$300.
• In case of adverse weather, such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, for the safety of customers and animals, cancellation and subsequent arrangements will be notified.
• All photos are for private use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Chāt Gauh Mòuh Studio retains the copyright of all photos/videos and may use them for any reasonable promotional purposes.
