Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. Dplus will confirm the appointment within 2 working days.
If a customer needs to change the shooting date/time/location, they must notify at least 7 days before the shooting date. Notifications made within 7 days of the shooting date will incur an administrative fee of $300.
If the weather is bad on the day of the outdoor shoot (including rain, typhoons, etc.), a free rescheduling is allowed.
If the service is canceled due to force majeure factors such as weather or the photographer's health, the customer can choose to reschedule for free or get a full refund of the deposit.
Customers must ensure that their pets are in suitable health for the shoot and are responsible for their pets' behavior during the shoot.
If equipment is damaged or personnel are injured due to the pet's behavior, the customer will be held liable.
Customers are required to bring their own pet hygiene supplies (such as diapers, pee pads). If the pet defecates or urinates in the studio and causes contamination, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
The photo delivery time is within 7 working days after the shoot, provided via a cloud link for customer download, with the link valid for 1 month.
Photos will be provided in digital JPG file format.
Photo retouching includes facial and figure adjustments for the pet owner, as well as background editing.
Our company retains all copyrights to the photos, and customers are granted personal usage rights.
Without our company's written consent, customers are not allowed to use the photos for commercial purposes.
Our company has the right to use the photos for publicity. If the customer disagrees, they must inform us in writing in advance.
Services are subject to the terms and conditions set by Dplus; Dplus and Furmomo reserve the final right of review and decision.
