Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:

After successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. HEYHAYFOTO will confirm the appointment within 2 working days.  

• Pet Grooming - Groom your pet 1-3 days before the shoot to keep them clean and fresh (shaving fur is not recommended).
• Pet Styling - Pets are typically photographed in their natural state (without clothing). If you’d like to add an outfit or accessories, please limit it to one set.
• Owner’s Outfit - If the owner is participating in the photo shoot, please prepare one outfit only to streamline the process.
• Appearance Tips
  • For owners taking part in the photo shoot, light makeup and natural hairstyles are recommended.
  • If you wear glasses, consider wearing contact lenses on the shooting day, as glare on glasses cannot be edited. If contact lenses are uncomfortable, you may bring glasses frames without lenses.
• Toys and Treats - Bring your pet’s favorite toys and treats to help them feel at ease and cooperate during the session. Although the studio provides toys and treats, pets might not be familiar with them, so it’s best to bring your own.
• Bathroom Breaks and Cleaning Supplies
  • Please ensure your pet uses the bathroom before arriving at the studio.
  • Bring diapers or pads to place in the studio to prevent accidents (this is not necessary for cats).
• Health Conditions - If your pet has recently been vaccinated, neutered, or undergone surgery, please allow 1-2 weeks for recovery before scheduling a shoot.
• Additional Notes
  • Inform the studio in advance if your pet has specific habits or sensitivities, such as being shy or easily frightened, so that a suitable shooting environment can be arranged.
  • If your pet is uncooperative or overly stressed on the shooting day, the session may need to be extended or rescheduled.

• Photo Delivery Method - All photos are provided in digital format. If physical photos are required, please purchase additional related products.
• Pet Photo Delivery Timeline - Digital photos will be delivered within 1 week after the shoot (excluding public holidays).
• Edited Photo Delivery Timeline - Edited photos will be delivered within 6 business days after photo selection (excluding public holidays).
• Production Time for Related Products - After confirming the edited photos, related products will take approximately 4 weeks to produce (excluding public holidays).
• Basic Editing Services
  • Skin tone adjustments for owners
  • Background cleaning and retouching
  • Minor adjustments to owners’ posture or body proportions
