We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt only for items with quality issues.

• We recommend taking clear, complete photos of the item(s) for verification. Please contact our Customer Service Department via Whatsapp at +852 6070 5683 to arrange a return or exchange.
• Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any pet beds, pet cages, or any opened snacks and nutritional supplements.
