After the customer receives the successful payment confirmation email from Furmomo, the VMA Tin Hau Veterinary Medical Centre will contact the customer by phone within the next 2 business days during office hours to arrange the appointment time and location for the physical examination.   Customers may also call the centre to make an appointment one business day after order confirmation.

Validity Period:
The health check plan itself is valid from two weeks after the payment confirmation date up to six months. Customers must undergo the relevant examination within six months (calculated from the payment confirmation date); otherwise, it will be forfeited.
