Terms and Conditions:

After the customer receives the confirmation email of successful payment sent by Furmomo, the customer may call or WhatsApp 90554322 to book the service.

1. The reference weight is for reference only; the actual charge will be based on the actual weight measured when the pet returns to the company.
2. After the company receives the customer's pet remains, they will be stored in the company's refrigerated cabinet. If no instructions are received from the customer within 30 days of receipt, the company has the right to dispose of the remains, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. Upon receipt of the customer's pet remains, if the customer cancels the service, the company will charge 50% of the individual cremation fee as an administrative fee before the remains can be returned.
4. In the event of any dispute, Little Angel Pet Euthanasia Service reserves the final decision.
