Awwwmoments is a Hong Kong-based pet photography company specializing in on-site sessions. Founded by Wemmy, a cat mom of five, the company was inspired by the challenge of photographing multiple cats in a studio. Awwwmoments brings professional pet photography to pets’ homes, catering to all animals regardless of age, breed, or special needs, capturing their unique personalities with care and ease.
Terms & Conditions
1) Price Calculation
1.1 The price for the services provided shall be based on the scale of services agreed upon in the quotation document.
1.2 A review of the professional fees will be conducted in the event that the Client requests any modifications to the project or unforeseen circumstances arise that requires a significant amount of extra time on this project. This may result in a new quotation document with a revised pricing structure.
2) Deliverables (For photo)
2.1 Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be sent to the Client.
2.2 All photos will be delivered in jpg format. Any RAW files will not be delivered.
2.3 Photo resolution is set to 4000p in the longest edge (without enlarging) unless specific request.
2.4 The Client acknowledges and agrees that Awwwmedia is not obligated to keep copies of their work beyond 30 days after the Client receives the final deliverables.
3) Payment Terms & Cancellation
3.1 The Client shall make a deposit as per the contract to retain Awwwmedia to perform the specified services.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the deposit is non-refundable.
3.3 In case of project termination, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project has reached a payment milestone, additional payment has to be made in accordance with the agreed upon payment schedule.
3.4 Payment terms are strictly listed on the "Due Date" of the invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in a monthly interest rate of 1.5%. Awwwmedia maintains the right to recover past due amounts using any legal means available.
3.5 In the event of a cancellation on the day of the event or upon arrival at a booked day due to circumstances beyond the Client's or Awwwmedia’s control, such as restrictions or emergencies, a fee may be levied to cover time.
4) Weather & extreme condition
4.1 All deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, strikes, and extreme weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather, such as the issuance of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, Awwwmedia will continue to provide services as agreed. However, an extra transportation fee for the team must be provided by the client under such circumstances.
4.2 If the client decides to cancel the event 48 hours prior to the scheduled date due to anticipated weather conditions, the deposit may be applied toward a future booking.However, if the client cancels the event within 24 hours of the scheduled date, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to compensate the company for time lost, while the remaining 50% may be credited toward the client’s next event.
