⚠️ Important Notes ⚠️

🔴 If detangling matted fur takes 15 minutes or more, an additional fee will apply. To avoid skin injury, severely matted areas will be clipped directly, and half-hand scissoring (leaving head, tail + limbs) or full-hand scissoring services will not be performed.

🔴 To ensure service quality and prevent unnecessary harm to both parties, owners must honestly disclose if their dog is aggressive. Fees will be discussed separately.

🔴 To avoid disrupting store operations, we do not accept dogs with severe flea infestations. If discovered, an extra charge starting from $100 will apply.

🔴 Cancellations require 24 hours' advance notice (rescheduling allowed only once); otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

🔴 All services are provided by mutual agreement. In case of any disputes, the store reserves the final decision.
