The Owner/Cat Guardian acknowledges and realizes that the staff of Furball Life Cat Hotel are not veterinarians and are not responsible for the diagnosis and detection of disease in cats boarding at Furball Life Cat Hotel. In addition, the owner/guardian recognizes and acknowledges that vaccines do not completely prevent (1) all dangerous diseases, viruses, and injuries to cats boarded at Furball Life Cat Hotel. (2) Furball Life Cat Hotel disclaims all liability for all damage and danger caused by your pets to other pets, to the employees or agents of Furball Life Cat Hotel, and to any of Furball Life Cat Hotel's assets. Furball Life Cat Hotel shall not be liable for any of the above.
By entering into a boarding contract with Furball Life Cat Hotel and leaving your pet with Furball Life Cat Hotel, the owner/guardian of the cat needs to ensure the accuracy of all information provided (whether in writing or verbally) Furball Life Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to your pet at any time for any reason. Furball Life Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of pets at any time for any reason.
The owner/cat guardian expressly states that he or she is the sole owner/guardian of the pet, with full and free of any liens or encumbrances of ownership, and that Furball Life Cat Hotel has the right to accept or refuse boarding of any animal at its absolute discretion.
Cat owners/caretakers must have all vaccines administered to their cats, and the vaccines must remain valid throughout the stay. Proof of vaccination validity must be provided. Kittens must complete three doses of the FVRCP vaccine; adult cats must receive an FVRCP booster vaccine.
Customers must apply flea and tick treatment to their cats within one month before check-in and provide photo/video proof. If unable to provide proof, an additional fee will be charged on the day of check-in for flea and tick treatment, which staff will apply on-site.
Staff will conduct a simple physical check on the cats at check-in, inspecting ears, skin, and body for any wounds or skin diseases.
Customers must not conceal any chronic illnesses or conditions of their cats. The facility cannot provide boarding services for cats with chronic illnesses or conditions. If a cat has such conditions, it is recommended to seek accommodation at a place with adequate medical facilities (e.g., a veterinary clinic).
To protect the health of other cats in the facility, if a cat is found to have ringworm/contagious skin diseases, fleas, ticks, or chronic illnesses on the day of check-in, boarding services will be refused, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
Basic care includes wiping tear stains, wiping nasal discharge, and brushing fur (staff will decide whether to proceed based on the cat’s reaction).
If medication administration, eye drops, ear cleaning, nail trimming, or other services are required, customers must request them before check-in. The facility will decide based on the cat’s condition. If the cat strongly resists being touched by strangers, these services cannot be provided to avoid distressing the cat.
Furball Life Cat Hotel makes every effort to ensure that the animals boarded at Furball Life Cat Hotel are healthy and Furball Life Cat Hotel's commitment to ensuring the health of the animals requires the owner/guardian to affirmatively state that their pets have received all vaccinations required by current circumstances and also requires the owner/guardian to ensure that their pets are free from infectious diseases. All owners/guardians acknowledge and realize that Furball Life Cat Hotel staff are not veterinarians and are not responsible for the diagnosis and detection of disease in cats boarding at Furball Life Cat Hotel. In addition, the owner/guardian recognizes and acknowledges that vaccines do not provide complete protection against all infectious diseases.
All cat owners / cat guardians acknowledge and accept the assumption of risk at Furball Life Cat Hotel for all illnesses or injuries/risks and Furball Life Cat Hotel agrees to take reasonable care of the pets or/and in the course of transportation. In the event that the pet is injured or has an accident during any process, the owner/guardian understands that Furball Life Cat Hotel is liable for reasonable compensation up to a maximum of HK$1500 for the time being and that the decision of Furball Life Cat Hotel shall be final.
Owner/Cat Guardian agrees to be fully responsible for all actions of his/her pet at Furball Life Cat Hotel, including liability for damage and injury to staff or other animals or facilities. The Owner/Cat Guardian shall indemnify Furball Life Cat Hotel and its staff against any liability arising from problems with the pet due to the Owner/Cat Guardian's failure to clearly and adequately inform Furball Life Cat Hotel of any pre-existing conditions (e.g. illness, etc.) of the pet.
If the pet requires veterinary treatment and medication, including surgical treatment, while boarding, the decision shall be at the sole discretion of the veterinary surgeon. Owner/Cat Guardian agrees to pay all medical expenses, pet care services and boarding fees, and any additional services when Owner/Cat Guardian picks up the pet. The Owner/Cat Guardian agrees that the pet shall not leave Furball Life Cat Hotel until all fees have been paid in full, or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
Pets are only allowed to check in or check out from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Furball Life Cat Hotel reserves the right to change this without prior notice.

Less than 30 days notice, no refund or amount paid can be retained for 1 year.
Less than 14 days notice, no refund and no retention for future use.
In an emergency, Furball Life Cat Hotel will attempt to contact your pet's personal veterinarian and the emergency contact provided by the owner/guardian of the cat, however, in such an emergency, contacting the personal veterinarian and emergency contact may not be possible in the time available to care for the cat first. The owner/guardian authorizes Furball Life Cat Hotel to take the cat in an emergency to any qualified veterinarian and to transport the cat to a veterinary clinic, and fully delegates to the staff of Furball Life Cat Hotel the authority to make decisions involving the medical treatment of the pet and agrees to pay all associated costs. This applies to healthcare related injury claims or in the case of transportation of pets. In the event of a pet's death the cat owner/cat guardian or dog cat owner/cat guardian will be notified immediately of the emergency contact.
Furball Life Cat Hotel has the right in its absolute discretion to amend, replace and/or vary these agreements at any time.
