After the customer receives the successful payment confirmation email sent by Furmomo, the Pet Companion Animal & Exotic Bird/Reptile Hospital will contact the customer by phone within the next two working days during office hours to schedule the health check appointment time and location.
Customers may also call the centre directly after order confirmation to make an appointment (Tel: 2286 0809).

Validity Period:
This is an anniversary celebration limited offer, valid until 30 September 2025.
The health check package itself is valid until 30 November 2025. Customers must complete the relevant health check within this period (calculated from the date of confirmed payment). The package will be forfeited after 30 November 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

- This health check promotion applies to both new and existing customers.
- The promotional price does not include any additional medication, injection, or examination fees.
- The veterinarian may need to sedate emotionally stressed animals; it is recommended to fast the animal for 8 hours and withhold water for 2 hours before the visit.
- The package is available daily from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm.
- This package operates on an appointment-only basis; booking is required before the health check.
- Customers cannot designate a specific veterinarian when using this package.
- All examination items included in the package cannot be exchanged or substituted.
- Once purchased, this package cannot be transferred to anyone other than the registered account holder; the name provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase shall prevail.
- This package is not applicable to sick pets. Before the examination, owners must ensure their pet is in good spirits, has a normal appetite, and normal urination/defecation.
- Pet Companion Animal & Exotic Bird/Reptile Hospital reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, Pet Companion Animal & Exotic Bird/Reptile Hospital and Furmomo reserve the final decision.

Important Notes:

- Owners must present their ID card before registration.
- All pets entering the clinic must be on a leash (dogs/cats). Cats must be placed in a cat carrier or bag.
- You may bring your pet’s favorite toy or blanket to help reduce stress during the visit.
