BellyMonster Terms and Condition

1. Reservation and Payment

• All venue rental services and pet fresh food products must be reserved in advance and fully paid within the specified period in order to be confirmed
• Once a reservation has been confirmed, no refund or transfer will be accepted unless the service is cancelled by BellyMonster

2. Venue Rental Service

• Customers may enter the venue 30 minutes prior to the reserved time slot for setup.
• All pets must wear diapers when entering the venue (except cats).
• Shoes must be removed before entering, and indoor slippers provided by the venue must be worn inside.
• For decorations, only Blue Tack or non-damaging adhesive tape provided at the venue may be used. The use of normal tape, nails, or any materials that may damage the walls is strictly prohibited.
• After the event, customers are required to restore the venue to its original condition and remove all food waste.
• Private rooms inside the venue are not open to customers. All venue rules and staff instructions must be followed.
• For security reasons, 24-hour CCTV is in operation within the premises

3. Liability and Compensation

• Customers are fully responsible for the safety of themselves and their pets. BellyMonster shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or accident caused by customer negligence or violation of the rules
• In the event of any damage to facilities or the venue, BellyMonster reserves the right to pursue compensation.

4. Pet Fresh Food Products

• BellyMonster is committed to providing fresh and high-quality pet food. In the event of a product quality issue, customers must retain the following items for inspection and follow-up:
  
  • The affected product
  • The original packaging (including any opened portions)
  • The purchase receipt
• Customers must promptly take photos as evidence and send clear images to BellyMonster for handling.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if a pet experiences discomfort due to individual physical conditions or sensitivities to ingredients. Owners should closely monitor their pets when feeding a new product for the first time and seek veterinary advice immediately if symptoms occur.
• All refund or exchange requests must be supported by clear photographic evidence; otherwise, the request will not be processed.

 5. Miscellaneous

• BellyMonster will make every effort to ensure the quality of services and products, but shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or cancellation caused by force majeure, accidents, or actions of third parties.
• BellyMonster reserves the right to the final decision and to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
