Entry/Play Area & Private Booking Reminder ⚠️

1️⃣ Please supervise your fur babies at all times. As multiple pets will be present, decide whether to keep them on-leash. If injury to others or pets occurs due to owner negligence, the owner must bear full responsibility 🙏

2️⃣ When entering or exiting, always close the inner gate first and ensure it is secured before opening the outer door to prevent pets from escaping. There are multiple restrooms—please ensure doors are closed so dogs do not enter.

3️⃣ Do not lean on the gray barriers. Do not lean on any photo backdrop setups. Ask on-site staff if unsure.

4️⃣ The indoor area must remain door-closed at all times. Ensure pets are toilet-trained before entering or wear diapers. Pets are only allowed on the black sofa. Remember to close doors when entering/exiting (there are two doors). If a pet soils indoor decorations and it cannot be cleaned, compensation at full price is required. If cleaning is possible, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

5️⃣ Poop bags, wet wipes, mops, etc. are provided on-site. Owners must clean up after their pets and keep the venue tidy. After a pet poops on the grass, avoid stepping on any residue and clean it thoroughly with wet wipes. If assistance is needed, inform staff. If poop or stains are found untreated, staff will notify you immediately—thank you for your understanding 🙏

6️⃣ Watch out for stairs.

7️⃣ Keep restrooms clean. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper—use the trash bin provided 💛

8️⃣ No smoking inside the venue! If you must smoke, please do so outside the main gate 🙏 (E-cigarettes are only allowed outdoors.)

9️⃣ Before leaving, place all trash in the large garbage bags provided 🙏 You may ask staff for bags.

🔟 Please take away any personal decorations you bring 🙏
