PatPat Pets Merchant Terms & Conditions (For FURMOMO)

Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping on all orders after discount totaling HK$188 or more, excluding additional charges such as stair fees and gate entrance fees.
• Below Threshold: If the order amount is below HK$350, shipping fees will be collected upon delivery (Cash on Delivery / Freight Collect).
• Dispatch Time: Orders will typically be dispatched within 4–5 working days after order confirmation (excluding the order date and public holidays).
• Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 00:00. Specific delivery time slots cannot be provided due to order volume.
• Recipient Notice: Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address or arrange for receipt by your building’s management office.
• Delays: Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays, peak seasons, high order volumes, or force majeure events (e.g., severe weather). Customers will be notified separately if delays occur.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Eligible Claims: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, solely for items with verifiable quality issues.
• Verification Process: Customers should take clear, complete photos/videos of the item upon arrival and contact FURMOMO Customer Service to initiate a request.
• Non-Returnable Items:
o Sale / Promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
o For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted for pet beds, pet cages, or any opened snacks and nutritional supplements (e.g., Seal Oil).
• Processing Time: The return/exchange verification and fulfillment process takes approximately 2–3 business days once approved.
• Product Shelf Life: Products supplied generally have a remaining shelf life of 6 months or more.
Electronic & Hardware Products Policy
(Applies to water fountains, strollers, and electronic devices sold by PatPat Pets)
• Proof of Purchase: Customers must safely retain their order confirmation / invoice as proof of purchase.
• Post-Opening Repairs: Once product packaging has been opened, FURMOMO and PatPat Pets are not responsible for providing direct repair services for subsequent physical damage or operational malfunction resulting from user handling.
• Manufacturer Warranty: For technical issues covered by warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer or authorized HK supplier directly to request repair or replacement under standard brand warranty terms.
