TLC Group Ltd - Group Cremation Plan

Terms and Conditions:

1. Upon successful payment, the system will promptly send a confirmation email. TLC Group Ltd will contact the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to arrange the service time and location. Customers are also recommended to call the company directly to confirm the appointment (11:00–17:00) (Tel: 21153151).
2. Cremation should take place within 30 days from order placement. Should additional storage time be needed, an additional $50/day will be charged.
3. Please call our office (11:00 - 17:00) at least 3 days in advance to schedule a cremation appointment for your pet. Cremation appointments are scheduled (11:00 - 17:00) daily. We are closed for New Year and Chinese New Year. Please arrive 30 mins prior to your appointment to bid farewell to your pet in our farewell suite.
4. If you are late for your appointment, our Company reserves the right to reschedule your appointment without prior notice.
5. Pet owners are welcome to bring flowers for the cremation. However, we do not suggest cremating other items with your pets as it may emit hazardous materials and may also affect the purity of your pet's cremains.
6. Pet owners are responsible for their pets' bodies. Should pet owners fail to arrange cremation or make payment within one month, the Company reserves the right to transfer your pet's body to the HK government for disposal at landfills. Pet owners will not be compensated.
7. Purchased products/services are non-changeable and non-refundable.
