After receiving the successful payment confirmation email from Furmomo, the hotel will call the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to confirm the appointment time and location. Customers can also contact the hotel via WhatsApp for details one working day after the order confirmation (Phone: 9210 1699).
We accept cats that are 4 months or older. Please contact the hotel in advance for any special needs.
Must hold a valid vaccination card.
All cats boarded with our company must have been treated for fleas within one month prior to check - in (preferably with photo evidence), or undergo a flea treatment service provided by our company upon check - in (at an additional charge). Our company will refuse admission to any cat with fleas to ensure the safety and health of other guests.
The boarding fee does not include other services, such as special food, grooming, veterinary treatment, medical care, pick - up and drop - off.
If a guest cancels the boarding of their cat for any reason during the boarding period, the remaining boarding fees will not be refunded.
The standard check - in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check - out time is before 3:00 p.m. Hotel rooms will be arranged by our center. If you need to check in or out at other times (within business hours), please let us know in advance and contact the hotel. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Our company reserves the absolute right to refuse to board any cat at any time without providing any reason, especially those that are aggressive or have health problems (such as fleas), to ensure the safety and health of other guests.
Visits must be scheduled in advance.
If any cat boarded with us becomes unwell during the boarding period, we will contact the owner. We have the right to decide whether veterinary treatment is needed and to follow up on medication. The owner or their authorized representative must settle all relevant fees, including veterinary consultation, medication, medical tests, necessary surgery, hospitalization, our nursing care service fees and transportation costs, by the payment due date or before leaving our company.
Our company is committed to preventing and reducing the risks of accidents, escapes, thefts, illnesses or death of boarded pets. However, if any of these unfortunate incidents occur, our company will not be held responsible. Before using our services, the owner should assess the relevant risks independently and seek advice from a professional veterinary clinic first to ensure the health and safety of the pet.
If a cat boarded with our company is not collected within seven days of the designated check - out date, or if the boarding fees are unpaid for more than seven days, our company has the right to treat the cat as an abandoned pet.
