After receiving the successful payment confirmation email from Furmomo, the hotel will call the customer within the next 2 working days during office hours to confirm the appointment time and location. Customers can also call the hotel for details one working day after the order confirmation (Phone: 96989084).
- The hotel reserves the absolute discretion to accept or refuse boarding. All cats must present a valid vaccination card before boarding. Cats must wait at least two weeks after vaccination to ensure their health status before boarding. Unhealthy cats will not be accepted.
- Cats boarding at the hotel must be at least four months old.
If the cat is undergoing treatment (including being fed veterinary-prescribed food), the owner must provide the food and clearly explain the cat's medical history to the hotel staff.
All cats must prove that they have received comprehensive vaccinations within six months before boarding and annual booster vaccinations to prevent enteritis, rhinotracheitis, and calicivirus. This is the minimum requirement. We recommend that cats receive annual booster vaccinations within six months before boarding.
All cats must undergo flea treatment by hotel staff on the day of check-in. Owners can also provide their own cat flea treatment (Revolution) or purchase it from the hotel.
If the cat becomes unwell during the stay, the owner must provide contact information or the contact information of a trustee at the time of check-in for notification purposes.
Guests must pay half of the total boarding fee as a deposit when booking, and the remaining balance/full amount on the day of check-in.
Temporary bookings must pay the boarding fee within seven days, otherwise, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation. If the cat cannot check-in on the reserved date or needs to leave early, the hotel will not refund the paid boarding fee.
All booked rooms cannot be canceled; however, the booking date can be changed once at least 72 hours in advance. If less than 72 hours' notice is given, it will be treated as a NO SHOW. If the booking is ultimately a NO SHOW, the full boarding fee will be deducted.
Except for circumstances beyond the hotel's control, the hotel only accepts the boarding period reserved by the cat owner. Any request to extend the boarding period will be considered as much as possible but is subject to the hotel's actual situation at the time. However, the hotel has the right to require the cat owner to immediately remove their cat from the boarding premises upon the expiration of the boarding period. If the cat is not retrieved after the specified boarding period, the hotel will consider the cat abandoned and will handle it according to relevant Hong Kong regulations. Therefore, the cat may be relocated and disposed of.
Under any circumstances, the hotel is not responsible for any loss, escape, injury, illness, or even death of any boarding cat. Therefore, owners must truthfully inform the hotel of the cat's physical condition to avoid accidents.
If the owner provides special veterinary-prescribed food for their cat, they must notify the hotel and provide enough special food for the cat during the boarding period. Self-provided food will not reduce the boarding fee. The hotel will provide drinking water for the cats.
The hotel may take the cat to a veterinary clinic for treatment based on the cat's physical condition. Guests must pay all costs, including transportation and treatment fees.
During the boarding period, guests who use the hotel's full professional grooming services can enjoy a 20% discount on grooming services. Please inquire and book full professional grooming services.

Visiting hours are from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Hong Kong time. The hotel reserves the right to change this at any time without prior notice.
These boarding terms are available in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy or interpretation issues, the Chinese version shall prevail.
