After the customer receives the successful payment confirmation email sent by Furmomo, please contact Shibaraku (Phone: 6190 8762) within 24 hours to confirm the dog's vaccination card and license, and fill out the check-in form to prepare for check-in.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only dogs with implanted microchips are accepted.
  2. All dogs must have received comprehensive vaccinations and annual boosters, including vaccinations against canine distemper, enteritis, parainfluenza, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and effective rabies prevention.
  3. The hotel recommends that guests take preventive measures against heartworm for their dogs at least 24 hours before boarding. Any diseases contracted due to heartworm during or after the boarding period will be the responsibility of the guest.
  4. Customers must ensure their pets are in good health upon check-in; pets with infectious diseases or aggressive behavior will not be accepted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any pet.
  5. Boarding fees cover accommodation, basic daily care, room cleaning, walking time, and specified meals provided by the hotel, but do not include additional services like special food, grooming, veterinary treatment, or transportation.
  6. If a guest cancels boarding for any reason before the scheduled date, the remaining boarding fees will not be refunded.
  7. If pets are not picked up within seven days of the designated boarding date or if boarding fees are overdue by more than seven days, the company has the right to treat the pet as abandoned.
  8. If a reservation is canceled within seven days prior to check-in, the rental fee can be converted for use within six months for boarding services; this amount will not be refunded under any other circumstances.
  9. During the boarding period, if a dog shows signs of illness, the hotel has the right to decide whether veterinary treatment is necessary and to follow up on medication. The owner or authorized agent must pay all veterinary treatment costs, medication costs, medical testing fees, necessary surgical fees, hospitalization fees, hotel care service fees, and transportation costs immediately upon payment due or before leaving the hotel.
  10. The hotel will make every effort to prevent boarded dogs from escaping, being injured, contracting diseases, or experiencing natural disasters or accidents leading to death; however, if such incidents occur, the hotel is not liable.
  11. The hotel reserves the right to adjust boarding fees and modify terms or additional conditions at any time without prior notice.
  12. In case of any disputes regarding the above terms, the final decision authority rests with Shibaraku.
