Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:

1. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. FACE will confirm the appointment within 2 working days.

2. An additional fee of HK$500 will be charged for each extra person/pet included in the photoshoot.

3. All products with [photo] output include color correction and retouching, except for [jpg file] output.

4. Photoshoot appointment times are on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers are advised to book early.

5. The time to retrieve products is 2 months from the date of photo selection.

6. Services are subject to the terms and conditions set by FACE; FACE and Furmomo reserve the final right of review and decision.
