Upon successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. CityU Veterinary Medical Centre (CityU VMC) will call the clients within 5 working days to arrange the appointment upon the confirmation email has been sent. CityU VMC reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time and has the final decision regarding all matters related to this offer.

• Once effective, the plan remains valid for a reassuring 12 months. Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.
• If the pet has other medical needs or requires additional services not covered by this program due to actual health conditions, such as surgical, medication, diagnosis, specialist, and miscellaneous fees, these will be charged separately.
• CityU VMC reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, and cancel this program without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, CityU VMC reserves the right to make the final decision.

Validity Period
All plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will expire thereafter.

Remarks
Customers must present identification documents and the order confirmation letter on the day of the appointment to verify identity. Once the order is confirmed, changes to the selected examination items or refunds are not permitted.
In case of any dispute, Furmomo and CityU Veterinary Medical Centre reserve the final decision.
